Ladybug Family Restaurant Reviews

Food is great! Have driven by that for years in our way to the beach from Charlotte. Wadesboro is one of the last places to eat for a long stretch. We took a chance, so glad we did. HOT bar FULL of good old southern cooking. Fried chicken, cornbread, collards and yams so good. Cooking like my grandma it's a lost art. It's a little dated inside but country cute! Who cares if it's clean and food is good.

Amazing service and even better food! If you drive by don't be scared, cause there's a treasure on the inside!

We love eating at Ladybug. What the place lacks in atmosphere, because honestly it needs help with aesthetics, it well makes up for with the best country soul food I've ever had. The fried chicken is perfect. Honestly everything the have on the bar is. And topped off with fat back. Oh my goodness. They know how to cook.

Wow! On the way to the beach when the hubby starts complaining about hunger!! We saw it from the road and decided to stop in... We ordered the buffet bar (completely covered with servers fixing your plate) it was amazing, the fried chicken was AMAZING! As was the chicken n' dumplings, the gravy was as good or better than KFC. The buffet changes everyday! If you are looking for a good country kitchen that's very laid back, this is your place... I mean dang they even had fat back?!

My go-to spot when I am in Wadesboro. I go twice a year to visit my family. The owners are as genuine as it comes. They make sure you get enough. staff is always pleasant. That fried chicken is awesome. you can't please everybody but they sure do try.. Great job!!!!

We stopped on our way to the beach on a Sunday at lunchtime. They have a meat and two sides buffet for $9.95! It was delicious and you will not leave hungry! Staff were very friendly. We love local family restaurants. P..S. They have a kids size buffet too.
